Have you ever had this moment in your life, when you got a brilliant idea, you got super excited, full of energy!? This is my time! And then...something clicked. You started to look for excuses not to start doing what you got excited about and you postponed everything for an unlimited amount of time.

What is SELF-Sabotage? Or in other words PROCRASTINATION. It means when you do absolutely everything else, you look for a million other reasons not to do the most important thing you know you have to do. (what actually is what you’ve planned to do in the first place)
SO what stops us? The answer is simple: the fear of failure, fear of what others will think, etc.

Postpone the most important things for later,
Take a long time to make a decision,
Perfectionism (we want everything to only be perfect),
Think a lot-do nothing or very little,
Stop your project halfway,
Blame others for your failures.
What is the SOLUTION then?
There is only 1 way how you can fight procrastination:
Every morning you have to make a decision and choose to act following your initial plan! You are much stronger than your fears! You have to remind yourself every day that you can do it and that you are the strongest version of yourself. That there is nothing and no one perfect in the world. Just do your best and be proud. There is no other way or magic pill, I am afraid.
