How Meditation Saved My Life?

I am sure that many people after reading the word; “Meditation” still think that is woo woo and a weird thing, not for them. I have to admit I used to be one of them.

As we all know, when it becomes tough in life and sh** happens, only then do we decide to start taking action and try to change our life. We start trying things we’ve never tried before, giving them a chance.

My first introduction to meditation started after I started to get panic attacks at work. When I had my first panic attack I was so scared, that I didn’t know what to do. But I was fast to act and I realised that I have to change something super quickly. I did my research and by accident, I stumbled upon a book about mindfulness.

I started by practising meditation. I’ve downloaded an app and given it a go. And what do you think happened after?  I GAVE UP after 3 days)))

I didn’t last long, after trying to meditate for a week I gave up. Surely my panic attacks didn’t disappear.

After a few months, I decided to give it a second chance...and I have been meditating since!  I became much calmer, my panic attacks magically disappeared and I started to experience the world with different eyes. 

I suggest everyone give it a go and start practising meditation by doing it for a few minutes a day in the beginning. And I promise you’ll see the result very fast. (It’s proven by me)

The best app I can recommend is the “Insight Timer”, it’s free, extremely useful and user friendly. I use it all the time. And I also have my Teacher account with FREE guided meditations there. Just put my name there “ Julia Bondar” and you are good to go and learn to meditate.
